[Studio Jadu] Rebrand, Website Design & Brand Asset Production

 

Reimagining an AI brand with a story-driven visual identity


I led the art direction and design execution for Studio Jadu’s rebrand and website. Studio Jadu is an AI-powered startup that enables writers to turn their text into fully produced video.

In close collaboration with the founder, we recognized that the previous logo functioned primarily as a name identifier and did not fully express the brand’s mission and emotional depth. It lacked the narrative dimension needed to convey the transformative nature of the product. In a market saturated with AI brands focused on technical capability, we chose to differentiate Jadu through storytelling. The goal was not to highlight what the technology does, but to capture what the experience feels like.

The new identity reframes writing as a magical creative act. The symbol reimagines the text cursor as a magic wand—the moment a writer begins to type is the moment the magic begins. The blinking cursor transforms into a magic wand, and from its tip, light expands outward as if a new world is unfolding. Like a beam from a film projector illuminating a screen in the dark, it represents the moment when an idea that begins as text comes to life as moving images.
